Even though golf season is over and winter is here, there's still a lot happening at Divide Ranch & Club.  Our construction crews are busy working hard this winter to make Divide an even better experience for you next season.

CLUBHOUSE 

The new clubhouse is the most exciting project currently under construction,
and is scheduled for completion in Summer 2008. 

The clubhouse is now framed and roofed.  The tower structure is now being completed. 

The view from the member's lounge in the tower will be second to none.  Imagine relaxing here
after a beautiful day on the course.

 
Heavy timbers for the patio structure are being assembled next to the Pro Shop.

The patio roof structure is now under construction and will wrap around the building to the left.

 
Work on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems is now well underway.

CART BARN 

While not quite as exciting as the new clubhouse, the new cartbarn is complete.
It will be used to store our new electric carts, make it easier to clean and service
them, as well as keep them out of inclement weather. The end result will be a
better golf experience for you.

The cartbarn is now complete.

Quality construction and attention to detail are evident in this view of the new Cart barn.
