EQUILIBRIUM RESORTS ANNOUNCES PLANS TO OPEN ITS TWO TEXAS LAKE RESORTS IN 2009.

Dillon, Colorado - October 20, 2008 - Equilibrium Resorts has announced that it has delayed the openings of Maverick at Possum Kingdom Lake and Mahogany at Lake Travis until 2009. "We believe that it is the responsible action to respond to the current economic conditions and slow the development of our Texas resorts. We plan to open these communities once the capital and credit markets stabilize, allowing our purchasers to more easily obtain favorable terms for lot purchases. We are still very positive about the medium and long term future of Texas lakefront resorts. The supply side for these types of properties is still very limited and as the economy starts to swing upward, demand will also return." said Paul Stashick, President of Equilibrium Resorts. Stashick continued to state: "For the short term we will be consolidating our Texas field and sales operations back to Dillon, Colorado."

Plans for the balance of 2008 and 2009 include:

• Continue to diligently pursue planning and approvals for each project so that each one of our resort properties will be ready for physical improvements when the market improves.
   
• Continue to identify and work with strategic partners for residential, hotel and commercial sites within each project.
   
• Partner with the local broker communities to jointly promote our resorts.
   
• Market the available properties and our Colorado resorts.
   
• Operate the Divide Ranch and Club Golf Course in Ridgway, Colorado.
   
• Provide regular updates to the community, prospects, trade partners and others.
